The factory was completed in construction and started production in July 2008. The product range includes not only lifeboat, rescue boat, freefall davit and crane, but also components (nacelles and spinners) for wind power generating facilities.

Marland Technical Services registered in Hong Kong since 1988. The head office is in Hong Kong with branch offices in Guangzhou and Shanghai.

MTS's main business including: 
1). Lifeboat manufacturing. 
2). Diesel engine part stocking and exporting.
3). All kinds of voyage repair and docking repair in China ports.

The headquarters of the Fassmer Group is the Fassmer GmbH & Co. KG site in Berne, Germany, on the River Weser. Located directly beside the river, the company site houses the administration offices, our development and design department and production workshops for all five product divisions – Shipbuilding, Lifeboats, Deck Equipment, Wind Power and Composite Technology.
