Fassmer-Marland is a 50/50 joint venture company between Fassmer Germany and Marland Hong Kong established in 2007. Our production facility is located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China with a total investment of USD10 million, serving clients in more than 20 countries and regions worldwide.

As the exclusive production base and strategic extension of Fassmer brand in China, we fully adhere to their commitment for providing high-quality lifesaving equipment to global shipowners and shipyards, based on Fassmer original design standard and superior workmanship to ensure reliable and safe operation by multinational crew. Our lifeboats acquire good reputation with a high rank among the industry, with the EU MED certification recognized by international classification societies and secured multiple national patents.

The company strictly comply with international safety standards such as SOLAS and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. With the ongoing support of Fassmer, we successfully initiated the trial production of the new CLX-12.8 lifeboat in 2024. Its high passenger capacity of 150 people has set a new industry benchmark, and a supportive fund on Branding, Upgrading & Domestic Sales (BUD) has been awarded from the Hong Kong Government.
